Cuando me platican qu\u00e9 es lo que representa el mezcal para Tamaulipas y para nuestro pa\u00eds, es un motivo m\u00e1s de identidad, de pertenencia pero sobre todo de orgullo. D\u00edganme si no me va a llenar de orgullo que el mejor mezcal de nuestro pa\u00eds, lo tenemos aqu\u00ed, en Tamaulipas\u201d, se\u00f1al\u00f3 el Gobernador de Tamaulipas.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cYo celebro que unimos esfuerzos, capacidades, talentos, recursos y voluntades para rescatar este edificio que hoy en d\u00eda se convierte en el Museo del Mezcal\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Acompa\u00f1ado del Rector de la UAT, Guillermo Mendoza Cavazos y la Delegada del INAH Tamaulipas, Tonantzin Silva C\u00e1rdenas, el Gobernador visit\u00f3 las instalaciones del que ya es el tercer museo en su tipo a nivel nacional, junto a los de Oaxaca y Ciudad de M\u00e9xico; el cual se distribuye en 4 salas: Geograf\u00eda e Historia Antigua, Capitalidad Colonia de Villa de San Carlos, Miner\u00eda y el Mezcal en la Sierra de San Carlos en el Siglo XIX y el Mezcal de Tamaulipas: de lo Tradicional a la Modernidad.<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s se cuenta con exposici\u00f3n cultural, \u00e1rea comercial y de degustaci\u00f3n, as\u00ed como espacio abierto central para actividades sociales y de esparcimiento, en la que por medio de fotograf\u00edas, documentos, piezas originales y modelos hist\u00f3ricos se muestran los antecedentes del mezcal y la diversidad natural de la zona.<\/p>\n<p>Durante la gira de trabajo, el Gobernador Francisco Garc\u00eda Cabeza de Vaca inaugur\u00f3 obras de pavimentaci\u00f3n en las calles Nicol\u00e1s Bravo y Narcizo Mendoza en la cabecera municipal de San Nicol\u00e1s y las calles Dr. Mart\u00ednez y M\u00e9ndez de la cabecera municipal de San Carlos;
